Job Duties
-Develop idea and implement advertising campaigns, and international agencies’ recruitment campaigns for printed materials and electronic media
-Develop and organize communication channels, training sessions and communicate with local and international recruitment agencies to support them
-Suggest and consult the management board with the advertising activities and promotional policies
-Study and evaluate school curriculum to be promoted online and to international agents
-Prepare briefs, presentations, social media, newsletters, brochures and flyers for branding school
-Initiate relationship and engage with local and international recruitment agencies
-Act as a representative for the school in seminars, workshops, and meetings with local and overseas agencies and students to provide information, answer all inquires in written and oral communication
-Prepare and deliver educational programs and informational materials to increase awareness of the school
-Coordinate and organize special educational fairs, workshops and meetings to provide school’s information to agencies and students
-Gather, research, and prepare reports about the markets for student recruitment
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirement
A college diploma or higher
At least 2 years of work experience in a related field
Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Valid criminal record check
Language in English
