Aspire Media Marketing is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for their company located at 8160 Robinson Rd, Richmond, BC, V6Y 1B4.
Please note: This is a full-time and permanent position.
The duties of the Marketing Coordinator will be as follows.
- Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs of an establishment.
- Advise clients on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies.
- Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them.
- Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics.
- Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by their organization.
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, presentations, web sites and campaigns.
- Develop and organize workshops, meetings, and other events and programs for publicity, and information purposes.
- Represent and act as an agent for talented individuals or individuals with specific occupational expertise.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
- Implement strategies to maximize client retention and foster long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
- Analyzing client data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Advocating for client needs within the company to ensure their voices are heard and their requirements are met.
- Monitoring industry developments and competitor activity to stay informed and provide strategic insights to clients.
- Continuously seeking feedback from clients to improve service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.
Education Required
• Degree or diploma in a related field is required.
Experience Required
• Minimum one year of relevant experience is required.
Skills Required
• Experience working with clients in the healthcare or dental industry is an asset.
• Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms is required.
• Certification in project management or client success management is an asset.
Wage
• $29.00 per hour
Hours of work
• Minimum 35 hours per week
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and on weekends
