Main Job duties and responsibilities
- – Oversee and supervisor the daily shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of products
- – Assign, schedule and coordinate work and routes to the team of distributing
- – Review and maintain record the shipping documents including invoice, receiving, dispatching and bill of lading.
- – Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to shipping
- – Develop and improve shipping policies and procedure to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- – Resolve any issues related to shipping and products
- – Train staff in job duties
- – Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and other equipment
- – Prepare regular work report
Job requirement:
- College diploma in business or commerce
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation requirements
- 7 mons+ experience in shipping or logistic field
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of shipping
- Time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work on weekends and evening work shift
Hours: 40.00/week
Salary: $29.00 / hour
Vocation day: 10 days or 4%
